Through this whistleblowing channel, you are encouraged to report any suspected or actual misconduct.

Who can raise a concern

Anyone associated with InfiMotion, including but not limited to InfiMotion employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners, can raise concerns through our whistleblowing channels.

What can be reported

InfiMotion encourages the reporting of, including but not limited to:

  • violations of laws, regulations, or internal policies
  • corruption, bribery, fraud, or conflicts of interest
  • financial misconduct or improper accounting
  • forced labour, child labour, human trafficking
  • discrimination, harassment or violence
  • unsafe or unhealthy working conditions
  • restrictions on freedom of association
  • environmental damage or non-compliance
  • health, safety, or product integrity risks
  • data protection breaches
  • cybersecurity incidents
  • misconduct or serious risks occurring within InfiMotion's supply chain

How to report

Anyone can report confidentially and anonymously through the whistleblowing channel.

No one raising concerns will suffer retaliation.

Reports must be made in good faith and based on reasonable concerns. Deliberate false reports are prohibited.

Confidentiality and personal data

Reports are handled with the highest level of confidentiality, and you can report anonymously. Any disclosure of your identity will only occur with your consent or when legally required.

Personal data is processed only for investigation purposes.
